We want you to be happy with the items that you have bought from us. We want you to be confident in your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That’s why we offer customers a 30 day return promise.

    If you have changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong product, simply email us at xtreme.enterprises@yahoo.com and we will be happy to refund your purchase (excluding our standard restocking fee) once the goods have been returned safely to us. You must provide tracking for your return. Customers opting to just "Refuse" or Mark packages "Return To Sender" are placing themselves at risk of loss if the package does not safely arrive back to us.

    Returns that you expect a full refund on (less standard restocking fee) must be in un-used, undamaged condition as they were when delivered to you, when returned and we reserve the right to refuse a full should items not fit this criteria.

    When returning items please obtain a proof of shipping in case the goods are lost in transit. Where appropriate you should use a service that has insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and you will be liable for the cost of postage.

    If item is faulty or damaged when it arrives or there has been a discrepancy with your order, please contact us immediately. Failure to report issues within as reasonable time frame may affect your ability to claim a refund for these goods.

    When returning items it’s essential that you include the correct documentation to identify your order. Payment will not be refunded until returned items are received on our premises, inspected and authorized. This process can take 2-5 business days.

    Refunds will be processed using the method in which payment was made (i.e., credit cards transactions will be refunded back onto the same credit card, check payments will be refunded by check).

    Substitution of goods / services:
    If the product you have ordered is not in stock, we will never substitute your order for an alternative product, you will be notified by phone or email and where appropriate the transaction cancelled and refunds applied.

    NON-Returnable goods:
    While we make great effort to make your shopping experience with us as pleasurable as possible, there are some items / products that are non-returnable. Please know this prior to purchase.
