When an order processes, you may see your order details show "Marked As Shipped" or "Fulfilled". This is the result of automated systems processing your order. Tracking information will be provided via the email address on your Pay Pal payment or uploaded to your "Order Details" when the order processing completes and the system updates, which happens every few hours. It can take as long as 24 hours after being shown "Marked As Shipped" or Fulfilled" for Tracking information to be uploaded or active. Your order is generally shipped before tracking is ever uploaded or provided.

Please make 100% certain your confirmed shipping address is correct prior to making payment. Due to customer security protocol in place, along with standard fraud protection measures, we can ONLY ship your order to the confirmed shipping address you provide to us on your Pay Pal payment or the verified address approved on your credit card payment.
Sending us messages after payment has been completed does not guarantee we will see or read your message prior to processing. Please do not request shipping to a different address. We CANNOT facilitate those requests.

Combined shipping discounts are automatically calculated for you during checkout and require a single payment. Place all items you want to purchase in your shopping cart, input your zip code when prompted and recalculate your total to ensure the system adds your discount automatically. Please make sure your discount is calculated before you check out. Please do not email us and a request a total, an invoice or a refund. This will just delay your order. Multiple payments disqualifies you from combined shipping discounts.

FREE US SHIPPING means in the US lower 48 US States ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico NOT included. We are unable to ship to certain APO/FPO addresses. In most cases you have Three (3) Shipping options. Please choose accordingly.

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours and ship it within 48 hours of a cleared payment. This processing & shipping time does NOT include weekends and/or holidays! This means if you make a purchase at 5PM on Friday, please do not message us and ask where your shipment is on Saturday. Full kits & large items may take longer. Weather, traffic, package inspections, customs inspections, shipment volume are some factors that can affect delivery times on shipments and are NOT within our control.

Some shipping companies provide "Estimated" delivery dates on their tracking information. This is NOT a guaranteed date and can fluctuate wildly based on many factors beyond our control.
